Justin is highly experienced in critical care, PICU, transport, EMS and healthcare leadership.  He is experienced in construction, ag production, communications, and non-healthcare leadership.   Justin enjoys educating and impacting customers in a way that makes them feel as special and appreciated as they are!  Outside of work, Justin loves spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their two kids (and one more on the way).  He also enjoys his involvement in his church, restoring antique tractors, and riding ATVs with his family.

Kylee Jones

HR Coordinator

Kylee maintains HR files and HR compliance including record keeping and assists with other HR tasks within the Human Resources department.  Kylee  was raised in a small town in Central Nebraska. She is currently working towards a bachelor degree from Fort Hays State University. She recently got married to her husband, Tyler. In her spare time she is split between training her Quarter Horse, Noah, and volunteering with various 4-H and FFA clubs.

Amy Dovidio, BBA

​Business Development & Marketing Manager

Amy visits and works with facilities to develop and plan a strategy to maximize resources in a cost effective manner.  Amy also supervises the Marketing, HR, and Staffing departments. She grew up in Northwest Kansas and went to school at Fort Hays State University in Hays, KS. Amy graduated from FHSU with two BBAs, one in Marketing and the other in Business Management.  She married her husband, Anthony in 2010. Tonia is responsible for assisting our director and executives. She also completes many of our administrative tasks around our call center and organization.  She is a vet-tech and a engineering technician.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and many animals.

Megan is responsible for the staffing of our shifts and also assists with many tasks in our Human Resources department. Megan is currently attending Mid Plains Community College for an Associates in Business Administration. She lives in Saint Francis, KS with her three children.

Dr. James Smith, MD

Medical Director
Dr. James Smith attended the prestigious Cornell University and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Notre Dame University, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Smith attended medical school at Texas Tech School of Medicine in Lubbock, TX, earning his Medical Doctorate degree. During his university years, Dr. Smith earned many accolades with the ROTC, as well as ranking #2 out of 102 students in his medical class. Dr. Smith is currently a general surgeon at Prowers Medical Center in Lamar, CO, where he resides with his wife, Carrie. He is also a surgeon for the United States Army, serving most recently in Honduras.  Aside from his time spent in surgery, Dr. Smith enjoys working with his charity organization Health4Haiti.
